Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for bags of potting mix that are sealed, unused, and in their original condition.

Because potting mix is a perishable, consumable product, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used bags. This ensures the highest standards of quality and safety for all customers.

If you’re unsure whether your product qualifies for a return, feel free to reach out.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@growimperialroots.com with the following:

• Your order number
  
• The item(s) you’d like to return
  
• A description of the issue/reason for return

Our team will follow up with return instructions and next steps.

Refunds

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Please include photos so our team can assist you quickly.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, simply return the unopened item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest product standards, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or partially used bags of potting mix
  
• Customized or limited-edition items
  
• Gift cards
  

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipping. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, please refer to our return guidelines above.
